Sushi Tei Surabaya

Ini kedua kali nya makan di Sushi Tei Surabaya. Yang pertama makan di mall Tunjungan Plaza dan yang kedua di mall Galaxy.

Today is second time I ate at Sushi Tei Surabaya. The first time I ate at Tunjungan Plaza Mall and the second time I ate at Galaxy Mall.

Sushi pertama yang kucicipi kali ini adalah Salmon Maki. Sushi sederhana ini hanya terdiri dari nasi, rumput laut dan salmon mentah. Walaupun salmon mentah, tetapi tidak amis dan lumayan enak (7/10). Harganya 24000 rupiah (belum termasuk service charge 7,5% dan PPn 10%).

The first sushi I ate is Salmon Maki. This simple sushi is a combination of rice, seaweed, and raw salmon. Although it is raw, the salmon is not fishy and taste good (7/10). The price is 24000 rupiahs (not including service charge 7.5% and tax 10%).

Sushi kedua yang datang adalah Salmon Mentai. Ini sushi yang terenak yang pernah kumakan di Sushi Tei loo (10/10). Sushi ini terdiri dari nasi dengan balutan rumput laut dan di atasnya adalah salmon dan keju yang sangat lezat. Harganya 29000 rupiah (belum termasuk service charge 7,5% dan PPn 10%).

The second sushi is Salmon Mentai. This is the best sushi I ever eaten in Sushi Tei (10/10). This sushi contains rice rolled with seaweed and salmon with cheese is put above it. It’s so delicious. The price is 29000 rupiahs (not including service charge 7.5% and tax 10%).

Sushi di atas namanya Unakyu Maki. Sushi yang berisi belut bakar kecap dan timun. Rasanya enak (8/10). Harganya 39.000 (belum termasuk service charge 7,5% dan PPn 10%).

The sushi above is Unakyu Maki. This sushi is filled with soy sauce grilled eel and cucumber. The taste is delicious (8/10). The price is 39000 rupiahs (not including service charge 7.5% and tax 10%).

Sushi terakhir yang aku coba adalah Sanshoku Aburi Roll. Sushi ini kreasi dari koki Singapura yang berisi nasi, rumput laut, salmon, kerang, dan ikan ekor kuning dengan bumbu barbeque dan katsuobushi (ikan cakalang asap khas jepang). Rasanya unik seperti makan takoyaki (7/10). Hahahaha. Harganya 68000 rupiah (belum termasuk service charge 7,5% dan PPn 10%).

The last sushi is Sanshoku Aburi Roll. This sushi created by Singapore chef. It contains rice, seaweed, salmon, scallop, and yellow tail with barbeque sauce and katsuobushi (cakalang fish from Japan). The taste is unique (7/10). It almost like eat takoyaki. Hahahhaha. The price is 68000 rupiahs (not including service charge 7.5% and PPn 10%).

Yang menyenangkan di Sushi Tei ini adalah kamu tidak perlu membayar jika memesan minuman ocha dingin dan bisa refill gratis. 

The best thing in Sushi Tei is you can order free cold ocha and ask to refill it freely.
