Beef Japanese Curry Recipe

Do you like Japanese Curry? How about making it at home? Today I try the japanese curry instant from Golden Curry Sauce Mix. I am using the mild version. I am using recipe from my favorite Webtoon Lazy Cooking. It’s simple, yet delicious.

Ingredients :

• 1/4 kg sirloin beef, cut square
• 1 apple, cut little square
• 1 potato, cut medium square
• 1 carrot, cut medium square
• Golden Curry Sauce Mix Mild 100 gr
• Sugar 5 tbsp (I love sweet)
• Pepper 2 tbsp
• Honey 1 tbsp
• Water 1 lt
• Margarine 2 tbsp
• Onion 1/4

Directions :

1. Bowling water and beef until the beef is tender
2. Bowling potato and carrot for 20 minutes
3. Stir fry onion with margarine
4. Add apple, potato, carrot, beef, beef boiled water
5. Wait 10 minutes
6. Add golden curry (I am using mild golden curry)
7. Add sugar and pepper
