It’s so awesome to know my friends open their cafe and bistro, Salt & Sugar in Surabaya. I know their skills to make delicious food. Last saturday I have a chance to try it out. ???
Sungguh menakjubkan akhirnya temanku yang suka memasak buka cafe dan bistro Salt & Sugar di Surabaya. Rumornya makanan buatannya enak-enak. Sabtu kemarin aku dapat kesempatan untuk mencobanya sendiri.
This onion ring is so crispy and sweet inside. I don’t really like onion. But, I can eat this one. My score is 8/10.
Bawang bombai goreng ini renyah dan manis. Aku bukan penggemar bawang bombai. Tetapi, aku bisa makan yang satu ini. Nilai dariku 8/10.
Apple jaffle. Do you familiar with this? Toast bread with apple and cinnamon filling. Strawberry ice cream and vanilla ice cream are the best topping for it. My score is 8/10. I try the other version which is chocolate cheese jaffle. It is more delicious than apple jaffle. 9/10.
Apple jaffle. Apa kamu pernah mendengar nama makanan ini? Roti bakar isi apel dan kayu manis. Es krim strawberry dan vanilla adalah topping yang terbaik untuk makanan ini. Nilaiku 8/10. Aku juga coba versi lain yaitu chocolate cheese jaffle. Lebih enak dari apple jaffle. 9/10.
This is my main course. Alfredo fettuccine. Creamy fettuccine with crunchy chicken scnitzhel and lime. It’s delicious. 9/10.
Ini makanan utamanya. Pasta fettuccine dengan saus Alfredo. Fettucine dengan saus susu kental dan fillet ayam goreng tepung roti dan jeruk nipis. Lezattt. 9/10.
For drink, I try strawberry blush. It is combination of strawberry syrup and lemon juice with strawberry. Sour and refresh. 8/10.
Untuk minuman, aku coba strawberry blush. Perpaduan sirup strawberry dan perasan lemon dengan potongan buah strawberry. Kecut dan menyegarkan. 8/10.
Lychee Mojito. Soda with lychee and mint. It’s too sweet for me. Maybe the sugar is too much. 6/10.

Fettuccine with sambal matah. It’s spicy. I don’t try it but my friend said it is delicious, especially for chili lovers.

Left side, creamy ham and mushroom fettuccine. I don’t try this one. Hahahaha. Looks delicious and my friend said it is delicious.
Right side, brick toast. Toast square bread with vanilla and chocolate ice cream. Delicious. 8/10.
Sisi kiri, fettuccine dengan saus susu kental, ham, dan jamur. Aku tidak mencobanya. Hahahaha. Kelihatannya enak dan temenku bilang ini enak.
Sisi kanan, brick toast. Roti kotak bakar dengan es krim vanilla dan coklat. Enakk. 8/10.
Fluffy pancake is my favorite dessert in here. It’s so fluffy, soft, and delicious. It’s more delicious with ice cream. 9/10.
